AMFIE is managed by a Board of Directors comprising 12 members of the Association elected by the General meeting for a term of three years. One-third of the Board is renewed each year.
The Board elects from among its members a Chairman, a Vice-Chairman, a Treasurer, a Secretary-General and three other members who collectively form the Executive.
The Board delegates certain responsibilities to the Executive, which manages the Association’s day-to-day affairs.
