How will AMFIE determine my place of residence ?
I am a European Union “EU” citizen living in a non-EU state.
I am a non EU citizen, I live outside the EU (say Norway) and I have an account with AMFIE. Am I subject to this WHT ?
My permanent residence is normally within the EU but I have been assigned on a long term mission outside the EU which requires me to reside outside of the EU for more than one year. What impact does this have on my tax status ?
I am an international civil servant residing in a European Union country (say Germany). I am exempt from income tax on my salary, pension and savings in my country of residence. Will I be exempt from this WHT ?
