What fees apply to transfers outside the SEPA zone?

For transactions outside the SEPA zone, or when the currency of the destination country differs from the currency of the transfer, fees may apply, subject to the following maximum amounts:

EUR 15 for transfers in euros outside the SEPA zone
USD 15 for transfers in US dollars outside the United States and Canada
CHF 15 for transfers in Swiss francs outside Switzerland
GBP 15 for transfers in pounds sterling outside the United Kingdom
AUD 15 for transfers in Australian dollars outside Australia
DKK 112 for all transfers in Danish kroner

An additional fee of EUR 5 per transfer applies when instructions require manual processing.

What are the processing times for an international transfer?

If your request reaches AMFIE before 12:00 on a working day, the transfer instructions are executed on the same day. When the transaction involves a currency exchange, an additional two working days are required. For transfers exceeding EUR 50,000 or the equivalent, an additional processing time of at least five working days may apply.

Are the fees the same regardless of the amount sent?

The fees charged by AMFIE for international transfers are fixed and do not depend on the amount sent. Additional fees may be applied by intermediary banks or by the beneficiary’s bank.

Are international transfers secure?

International transfers are carried out within a secure framework and in compliance with applicable financial regulations, using the SWIFT system. They are processed through AMFIE’s correspondent banks.

How can I transfer money from my AMFIE account to another account?

Transfers from your AMFIE account can be made by bank transfer, either online via web banking or by signed written instruction, to AMFIE accounts or external accounts, both within the SEPA zone and internationally. Beneficiary details must be complete and accurate to ensure proper processing of the transfer.
