You will contribute to AMFIE’s next growth chapter by structuring the business development activity, setting the strategy, and staying close to our clients every single day. If you love switching between high-level strategy and hands-on client conversations, this is your playground.

Your Mission

1. Develop and Grow the Business

  • Design and implement strategies to attract new clients and expand our reach.
  • Identify growth opportunities and partnerships.
  • Lead prospecting efforts, events, and communication initiatives that drive results.

2. Build and Maintain Strong Client Relationships

  • Support the Front office in developing long-term, trust-based relationships with clients.
  • Conduct regular client meetings and portfolio reviews.
  • Be a key point of contact for clients seeking financial guidance
  • Evaluate client profiles (risk, goals, preferences) and provide them with relevant investment information about financial products available (no advices)
  • Ensure client satisfaction and retention through a responsive, high-quality experience.

3. Lead and Structure the future Business development team

  • Shape and organize your team according to the company's strategic goals.
  • Guide and support team members in developing their skills (technical, commercial, financial).
  • Set clear objectives and foster a collaborative, empowering work environment in and outside the team.

5. Ensure Compliance and Manage Risk

  • Ensure all activities comply with regulations and internal policies.
  • Proactively identify and mitigate risks in client interactions and communication.

6. Drive Marketing & Communication Strategy

  • Oversee the creation of marketing materials (print, web, presentations, internal/external forms, etc.).
  • Ensure consistency in messaging, tone, and visual identity across all channels.
  • Lead targeted campaigns to boost visibility and measure their performance.
  • Collaborate across teams to deliver content that supports both acquisition and loyalty.

  • Bonus if you have:
    • Bachelor in Management
    • Experience in finance, business development, or marketing.
    • Familiarity with investment products or financial regulations.
    • Comfort with tools like CRM, CMS, or Adobe Suite.
